Police deployed Teargas and flanked protesters, risking stampede in the peaceful rally

Hong Kong Police Force deployed teargas to disperse protestors participating in a Citic Tower rally, which has formally acknowledged by the Letter of No Objection from the authority, in 3:00PM, June 12. The irritant was shot without official warning in advance, besieging the protestors from both sides of Lung Wui Road and the opposite side of the Citic Tower. Trapped in the enclosed building, protestors could flee only from a side of glass door. Stampede was nearly caused by the fright.
