Police Refuses First Aid while Turning a Blind Eye on an Unconscious Man
In Hang Hau Chung Ming Court, a man was found lying on the ground seemingly unconscious, cause of which remained unknown. Police refused treatment from first-aider at the scene for him, yet police officers did nothing for the unconscious man besides standing next to him and chatting with each other. The man was suspected to be injured in his cervical vertebrae. Ambulancemen later arrived and took the man onto the ambulance, while police officer followed.
